Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We take great care in preparing your plants for their journey. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over A$50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently cannot ship to some parts of Asia and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your plants’ journey to your garden.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand by the quality of our plants, but understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our returns policy is as straightforward as planting one of our drought-resistant natives.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original condition (unplanted and in original packaging)
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The item must not be on our non-returnable list (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Bulbs (once planted)
- Bonsai (due to their specialized care requirements)
- Any plants removed from their original packaging or planted
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your return securely in its original packaging

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Information
Once received and inspected, we’ll email you. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method:
- Credit cards: 3-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item:
- Follow the return process above
- Indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Take photos of the damaged/incorrect items and packaging
- Email us within 3 days of delivery
- We’ll arrange replacements at no additional cost
