• Free Shipping: For orders over A$50 via EMS, 15-25 business days after dispatch

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if:

• The plant is unplanted and in original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase
• The item isn’t on our non-returnable list (see below)

• Bulbs (once planted)
• Bonsai (due to specialized care requirements)
• Any plants removed from original packaging or planted
